NOTE TO SCIENCE: THE UNIVERSE IS UNKNOWN For those writing articles, headlines, essays and press releases regarding the scientific knowledge base of man and claiming to present from a place of scientific authority, you are on notice. Do not refer to the ‘universe’ as if you know it. You cannot know it, and chances are you never will. For all purposes, your understanding is limited to the ‘known universe’. Regardless of your space telescopes, your computer modeling and your mathematical calculations, there is a hard limit to your perception and comprehension, and that limit is always defined by the extent of your current knowledge. The universe is finally, unknowable, as you are (until proven otherwise) finite creatures, with a finite scope of information availability.   This does not preclude you from your admirable and inspiring attempts to gain more knowledge, and that pursuit is the highest achievement on its own.   When you speak of Everything, of it All….you only speak of...

Getting close to the Truth on anything has always been a tricky business.  In earlier eras, long distance communication was not prevalent, so there was that issue. Solution? Concentrate on seeking truths closer to you, in your home, your village…. With modern times, the issue has flipped with so much communication ability there is a wall of noise.  Solution? The same…seek truth         where it matters most, with yourself and those around you. What happens across the nation or world is always a chaotic mess. The farther out you go, the bigger the human travesty. You can’t process it all and if you try to, and are so busy trying to fix the world, it means nothing if you aren’t a wonderful human to those immediately around you, your neighbors and community. But how do you seek truths in general. I say ‘triangulate’ (at least) Seek out varying points of view, on purpose.
